HOW WE BUILD EXCEPTIONAL TEAMS

Process Communication Model®

We are excited to deliver Process Communication Model® techniques on board vessels and witness how they transform team communication and individual development. PCM was originally developed in 1970's for NASA astronaut training and recruitment but has since been introduced into many other organizations. Its a powerful tool which allows an individual to better understand his interactions and communication methods in normal and stress-affected situations and therefore better understanding his teammates. Our consultants are not only well-versed in PCM but also include certified PCM trainers. Equipped with this expertise, we excel in effective communication and team management, and are uniquely positioned to offer this specialized training to shipboard teams.

We offer the production of bespoke video content, designed to enhance our training sessions and serve as a lasting resource on vessels. At Epitome Consulting, our commitment to the crew extends beyond ordinary service. Our deep sense of responsibility and Psychology education of select consultants allows us we offer personal pro bono counseling, support, crisis intervention, and other essential tools to help those in need while we are onboard.
